Contacted Spotify customer service for reimbursement of them charging for both Premium and Premium Duo. Upgraded to Duo but they failed to recognise I was the same customer and continued to charge for two accounts.

@AdobeCare customer service is down. Online chat ending the conversation whilst issue of cancellation unresolved. Call centre asking caller to call back after 2-4 hours. Any wonder I’m being scammed on an free trial that was due to auto cancel now being charged annual fee.

@Budget agent (Wendy @MCO) charged for cover even after she was informed I was covered by own 3rd party. Only discovered after arriving at accommodation. Local agent (Lisa, what a star) reimbursed but @budget still cost me $50 for the day. Please don’t pray on tired travellers.

2/2. Car found away form main desk and not group as ordered. Agent left and a new >1hr line awaited. Left to get some rest, called nobody @Budget can assist only to sell me the same premium car but no guarantee of availability. Car really needs a clean. BAD BAD odour

1/2: Waiting in line for >1hr at Orlando airport after 17 hrs of travel. Asked for deposit and card offered, promised and confirmed status of car as advanced booked and paid for (in advance) and signed and handed keys. Found car in multi-storey away from Budget check

@BrexitBin Not when you travel from from GB to Northern Ireland, even though you pass a EU customs over the Irish Sea. Airport duty free not available to travellers flying into NI but available if you fly into Ireland.
