@LNER no carriage F. Lots of seats in 1st class but seem to think acceptable for passengers to stand or sit on floor for 2hour journey. Accepted for journey south due to weather cancellations #notimpressed

@virginmedia No idea name of service but wouldn’t have changed provider if broadband wasn’t going to be provided in whole house! Now saying will cost more! Formal complaint and want sky back

@virginmedia how do I speak to a real person please? Been trying to get new broadband to work in our house since it was installed on 20th May. Taken in circles by bot/ text/ phone messages. Now just want to cancel if service doesn't work during cancellation period!

@virginmedia Yes. It works in the room where the hub is. No wifi in at least 2 rooms! Impossible to speak to anyone! Been on phone and what’s app/ text chats and go round in loop. Need boosters or will cancel and return to sky
