@GabrielleO8251@NoahMKE You absolutely should track your calories. Itโs not a matter of eating 1 time vs 3 times a day itโs being in a caloric deficit.
@spiicymamas They did me the same way before I lost weight and when you lose the weight theyโre gonna say you looked better like this. Ignore them all!
