But a collective responsibility does not equal a collective right to decide how children are raised, I think Corey is conflating the two.

Also I'd guess the higher answer choices skewed the results, I'd bet results would be different with a "less than 10 option" and no "more than 10k" option.

@fiatjaf @BitMEXResearch I think I follow but IIUC in the happy path case where nodes stay online and play nice, the payer would still get a preimage as proof of payment, even though that preimage wasn't actually necessary for the payment to go through.
