After being tagged thousands of times I anyway feel like I am an OLA employee.
OLA can seal this collaboration by committing to the below action points & looking forward to joining.
Shoutout for #ClassActionLawsuit against @OlaElectric for below open issues:
1. Reported issues never get resolved while they spend time and money, randomly tending to issues instead of idenfiying the root cause
2. No real sense of ownership other than going into firefighting mode to hush the issues when significantly blown
3. Promised features, services and charging infrastructure since launch in August 2021 and later are yet to be realized with promise for home service and national charging infrastructure is an extremely far fetched idea
4. Disabled software features since 1st week of September through forced software updates and unstable intermediate versions are yet to be upgraded and fixed
5. Tall claims of 99.1% issues closed to "Complete customer satisfaction" has no evidence on ground and no improvements when all reported issues by fellow owners and me are not even attended in the past 4 months despite endless escalations
