My friend have his citizenship related documents in hostel room which now will convert into a quarantine center. He can't handover his documents to administration bcoz if lost he'll be treated as a non citizen under NRC.@AmitShah @HMOIndia

The administration must have given a thought to acquire Ntb, departments and other buildings as quarantine facilities but probably involving lesser cost is more important to them than aur academics, placement and careers.
