GuardianFutures Holds Trader Payout, the payout button disappeared?.

A trader with Blue Guardian Futures waited more than a week to request a payout after the payout button suddenly disappeared from the dashboard.

Once the button reappeared, the trader submitted the request, yet the firm has still not released the funds.

Instead of processing the payment, the firm is now holding the payout and requiring the trader to complete a risk interview.

This approach places unnecessary barriers in front of a trader who has already met the requirements.

Firms that provide capital and take a share of profits have a clear responsibility to process legitimate payouts promptly and without added obstacles.

Requiring a risk interview after a request has already been submitted creates avoidable friction and undermines trust.

Traders deserve reliable access to their earnings without technical disruptions or extra compliance steps that delay payment.

Blue Guardian Futures handling of this request falls short of that standard and shows a failure to prioritize timely payouts for traders who follow the rules.

What is going on @BlueGuardiancom?.

Blue Guardian announced a real 10× $10K Instant Funding Halloween giveaway today.

Shortly after, traders began receiving phishing emails claiming they had won one of those accounts.

The emails directed traders to a fake website https://t.co/DRgHJGlsYB that asked them to connect a wallet.

Connecting any wallet on that site can fully drain funds.
Multiple traders reported the phishing emails appeared to come from Blue Guardian usual email addresses.

This level of targeting is only possible if the firm trader email list was compromised or leaked.

Blue Guardian sent a warning email afterward, but has not yet explained how the data left their systems.

Traders should ignore any email links related to the giveaway, never connect a wallet from unsolicited messages, and only use https://t.co/9pr7HXUcSo by typing the address directly.

The firm needs to clarify what happened with the email list.
