J&K Govt scrapped SO 192 child of SRO202 to bring all employees appointed since 2015 on equal-footing in terms of salary & other benefits. A Welcome move but the formal order for the same is still pending.

With reference to the state law commission report vide Govt order no 3379-LD(A) of 2017, published on 13th Nov 2019 by Justice (Rtd)M.k Hanjura has recommended the reduction of probation period from 5 yrs to 2 yrs.More than 2 yrs is not acceptable in #SRO202
