Seeing all the Deepseek stuff from a bird's eye view, here's my take: the twitter AI/tech bubble has backfired on us. It's crazy how just a few weeks ago we came to a dead end by deciding that the only advancement in AI was building data centers to power them. Deepseek broke it!

I have been using DeepSeek for a couple of days now for many use cases, and it has performed excellently in every single one. It's far better than chatgpt. This could be much deeper than expected, considering the model was created for quant trading. need to dig deeper
