Hey @XiaomiIndia, this is beyond frustrating! My Notebook Pro 120 (i5 bought July 8th, 2023) died in 6 months & service center's had it for a month with NO FIX(wxin2402090000137). Now, they say a USED laptop replacement?! On top of that, you stopped selling laptops?
