@UpdatesChennai@AadhavArjuna This is excellent. Every month conduct confernece meeting from specific sectors. Even if international participation is low in the beginning call all the leaders of tamil nadu together in Chennai they can work together to move tamil nadu business ecosystem forward together.
@HariraamTrajan These are nothing but gimmics by the IT crowd. Startups should not depend on how quick you can get a coffe meetup place. These spaces cannot support more than a few digital prototype. Getting a permanent office is of more concern and I bet it is faster and cheaper in other cities
@raavanamavan7@TVKVijayHQ I agree with you but I already wrote this will be executed in phases of 10-20 years with private partnership so will not drain budget for immediate needs. We need to dream big. Long term plans should go along with immediate needs to keep our future successful.
@dmuthuk It is not about the capacity or capability in a particular field. We need to convert those into specific economic model with end to end control so that we can domiate a few specific fields and earn wealth. Being a jack of all trades will not improve your future prospects.
@TVMupdates True kerala can also attract industries from tamil nadu. It will be good to host more kerala companies in Chennai, Coimbatore also. Need more scooreination between both states business ecosystem.
@Kadungaappi The sea link is probably near Chennai only to bypass the need for a greenfield road. Then it probably merges with other ECR infra. Few days before Aadhav arjuna spoke about a new expressway along the ECR so this is probably part of it.
@Kadungaappi Common Train systems do not work for luxury tourist destinations. RRTS is a bit inland. Also he did not say the sea-link is all the way from Chennai to Puducherry only in specific extreme high density zones.
@evered7 This zone is going to become a high end luxury zone so normal train service is not what luxury people want. Putting RRTS here reduces the user base. I still think access controlled expressway is the way to go.
@TheVenks@CMOTamilnadu First land pooling is not easily possible in center of the city that is why I support skycrapers in suburbs or satellite towns of Chennai. Now for the city center obviously they need to increase FSI but the bigger problem is minimum plot size and setback rules needs to reduce.
@AndhraNexus Hope the Andhra government works in unison with the tamil nadu goverment for connectivity. We can convert the entire region into the premier hi-tech manufacturing ecosystem of India. This will bring shared prosperity to South Andhra and Chennai, TN.
