Imagine being in a dark room with a window that's extremely dirty/opaque.
The other side of that window is "reality as it is" without any distortion.
Since it's a dark room, you have no idea at all.
You're scared af and your mind creates infinite assumptions about how it may be as a defensive attempt.
Factually, the room is full of hurdles (habits/karma/conditioning + assumptions + social situations that makes your survival process difficult)
Now your purpose is to somehow understand that all the hurdles in the room are there to overcome,
which increases the understanding of the dark room you're in, how everything works.
And reach that window and wipe it clean,
so that you finally see the reality as it is.
The nature of it is bliss (as per Realised beings including my own current state)
The moment you clean that window,
you become the Master (highest human potential unlocked)
You can play, because everything is lit up, as there's clarity like never before,
Or you can rest,
Or you can create something you wish to,
Or you notice that there's everyone around you who's going through exactly the same journey,
so it becames apparent after a certain duration of exploring that helping all the other creatures is the most fulfilling thing that can be done.
this is true love/compassion

We Have Won! No one can use ‘ORS’ on their label unless it’s a WHO-recommended formula.
This is the story of Dr. Sivaranjani Santosh, a braveheart paediatrician from Hyderabad, who fought for 8 years against sugar-rich drinks falsely marketed as ORS.
Her persistence led to FSSAI’s landmark order, protecting children and patients from misleading claims.
“These drinks had 10x the sugar WHO recommends, worsening diarrhoea and complications in millions of kids,” she explains.
This victory is not just hers, but belongs to everyone who stood with her — doctors, advocates, parents, and citizens demanding truth in labeling.
Scroll down to see how her 8-year battle changed the game for public health and children across India.

Dear Indian Railways,
You made 2.7 lakh crore in revenue last year & 2,342 crore profit. Spend just 20% of that on keeping toilets clean & you’ll still be profitable. Swachh Bharat won’t just be a poster on the door and you’ll win back the trust of millions of daily passengers.
Yes, we may complain about potholes. But let’s also celebrate this- India today is building world-class highways, bridges and infrastructure that rival the best anywhere.
“God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
courage to change the things I can,
and wisdom to know the difference.”
- Reinhold Niebuhr
Sports & fitness is for everybody and every body. Never tell yourself you can’t do it because of the way you look or what happened to you in the past. You are never too late.
