@HelpdeskMCA21V3 It is strange that nothing has happened despite raising the issue even after so much time. Moreover, my service request is closed saying that the issue was resolved.

@DGCAIndia @consumerforum_ I cancelled my “zero cancellation tickets” on April 17 & still haven’t received my refund. Goibibo keep changing their story & providing false info. Urging action for my refund & accountability for their misconduct. @GoibiboSupport

@GoibiboSupport Thanks to social media, especially Twitter. I have received my dues. Goibibo has verified my claim ( the same thing I was repeatedly telling them) and released the payment.

@GoibiboSupport All, please check GOIBIBO profile etc. Very difficult to communicate. No phone number except the so called "service support". They do not bother to go through all the facts, u mention. They will reply, if ever, anything they want to... unsubstantiated things and so on.
