Over the past 25+ years, my journey in real estate has taken me across residential, commercial, plotted developments, integrated townships, sales, marketing, business development, strategic alliances and investor relationships.
Along the way, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading organisations, build large channel networks, contribute to significant real-estate transactions and, most importantly, learn that in this business, trust, knowledge and long-term relationships matter more than numbers alone.
Today, my journey is moving beyond traditional real estate.
I am exploring the intersection of Real Estate × AI × Technology × Intelligent Decision-Making — with a vision to make complex property and business decisions simpler, smarter and more transparent.
That journey has also taken me into the world of writing.

One explores the future of real estate through AI, AI Agents and Agentic Intelligence, and how intelligent technology can transform property discovery, investment, valuation, risk assessment and portfolio management.
My second book reflects a very different side of my journey — reminding us that behind every professional identity is a human story, with experiences, challenges, emotions and lessons that often remain unseen.
