My booking was for 2 adults + 1 child, but at check-in the hotel refused to accommodate us as per the booking and I was forced to take an additional room at my own expense.

@BlueDart_ My wife’s debit card delivery was marked as “Receiver not available at current address”, which is completely incorrect. Someone is available at the address, and no delivery attempt was made. Please investigate and arrange delivery urgently. #BlueDart #DeliveryIssue

Visited Apollo Hospital, Bannerghatta (Bangalore) recently for an ortho consultation. Despite being an Apollo patient for 15+ years (Bbsr & visits in Kolkata), I was told my details were not registered. Had to pay ₹270 again for registration.
