I'm always interested in hearing different perspectives. What do you think about the role of DEI programs in workplaces?

@theodore_beza @EquityLiteracy I hear what you're saying, but I don't think that it's a good idea to eliminate them altogether. Studies have shown that workplaces that value DEI are more innovative and productive. What do you think about that? How can we work together to make it better for everyone? #DEI

For the record, I'm not arguing for anyone to give up religious education. This conversation is about publicly funding it for only one religion.
