Hey @g__j, @OctopusEnergy ,@SPEnergyNetwork, @the_lunarenergy is there an ombudsman for DNOs? Were being stalled on getting mpan for export, DNO saying paperwork not filed. Have copies of all and installer has filled hundreds no issue.
Been exporting unpaid since Nov 2021 😡
