@JioCare And the local team is not ready to support as according to them no complaint has been raised. Logging complaint via app or to connect with live agent, both options not there. Fix these issues and make your interface user friendly and contacting to support team hassle free.

My father passed away and we submitted the claim request. The team is just asking for documents wherein all documents have been submitted multiple times. There is no one assigned to the case who can even get in touch.
@RailMinIndia@RailwaySeva Vande Bharat 22435 which was supposed to reach NDLS at 11 pm on 24th dec, hasn't reached to NDLS till 11 AM on 25th, more than 12 hours late. This is unacceptable and should be handled immediately. @AshwiniVaishnaw

There is no space on road in ShaheenBagh & Kalindi bridge - long traffic is taking a toll on health as we r stuck in traffic for 2 hr each day. All four wheelers don't even switch off engines and those bad fumes for bike riders are very harmful. #traffic#pollution
