FMGE is a screening exam — not an experiment. Thread 🧵
1/ FMGE का purpose screening है, लेकिन हालिया exam में जिस तरह के video/clinical scenario based questions पूछे गए, वो screening exam की spirit से बाहर थे।
अगर pattern बदलना था, तो पहले clear guideline क्यों नहीं दी गई? #FMGE
2. Students ने official pattern के हिसाब से तैयारी की, लेकिन exam hall में surprise format दे दिया गया।
No transparency. No clarity. No fairness.
High-stakes exam ऐसे conduct नहीं होते. #NBEMS #NMC
3. ₹7000 fee लेने के बाद भी कई test centres basic standard तक पूरे नहीं कर पाए।
Delay, technical issues, poor environment — यह national screening exam का level नहीं है. #FMGE2026
4.और सबसे बड़ा सवाल — अगर FMGs के लिए extra screening/competency testing ज़रूरी है, तो same rule India + abroad, सभी medical graduates पर लागू क्यों नहीं?
One profession. One standard.
5.FMGs कोई experimental subjects नहीं हैं.
या तो FMGE को fair, transparent screening exam की तरह conduct करो —

The Govt continues to destroy the dreams of middle-class medical aspirants.
By springing major format changes like lengthy, video-based and clinical questions without warning, the NBEMS crashed the pass rate to a shocking 12.78%. Over 31,000 students have failed. Any major changes to the examination format, including the introduction of video-based questions, should be announced well in advance to allow candidates adequate preparation time. Changing the rules of the game on exam day is deliberate elimination, not a fair assessment.
We stand with the Tamil Nadu Medical Students Association. The Ministry of Health must immediately conduct a transparent review and lower the qualifying cutoff for this session!

Stop sending your child for medical course in abroad. Every year 10 to 15 death happens in abroad .
A week after a 22-year-old Indian medical student died in Uzbekistan, Kerala Police have registered a murder case following a complaint by her family, who allege she was brutally assaulted before her death.
The FIR was filed at Haripad police station on Wednesday after the victim's parents approached the District Police Chief, officials said. A postmortem examination was also conducted at Alappuzha Medical College as part of the investigation.
Police said they will coordinate with authorities in Uzbekistan through the Indian Embassy and the Ministry of External Affairs to understand the status of the investigation there.

Dear NBEMS, answer this: Why do your “technical glitches” repeatedly happen to candidates—especially NEET PG /FMGs?

• Test cities are changed without proper justification.
• Candidates get centres in cities they never opted for—or even cities where the requested centre isn’t available.
• You admit some errors, yet candidates continue to suffer.

If these are genuine mistakes, why do they keep repeating? And if you can admit one mistake, why not acknowledge the rest?

FMGs cannot be treated as second-class candidates.

Your system failed. Your mistakes affected students. So why should students pay the price?

NBEMS must accept responsibility, ensure transparency, and provide fair relief to every candidate affected by its failures.

Enough of excuses. We demand accountability.
