@Flipkart India how irresponsible your whole team is about taking care of the customer where your call team states the chat is different and they do not have access to resolve the issue. While transferring the chat the cse disconnected the call ? Why ?

@Flipkart Sent me an order of Jiofi dongle which is used and instead of the product ordered I have received a round dongle by jio which is already used. Just confirmed with company this is a fake product. Requesting for a refund and not replacement as the product is duplicate
