@IndianOilcl Dr Sanjay from Chennai here. My mobile number is wrongly linked to a gas connection in Coimbatore under the name M Rasetha Begum, with cylinders dispatched for 2 years. I had repeatedly denied OTP authentication, yet cylinders delivered. Kindly resolve this issue.
@indanegasonline This is unacceptable. I sincerely request the gas company to urgently investigate, stop deliveries linked to my number, and block further misuse.

@PatrickUrology@ArunkumarDr@mallikuro7@Pippa_Sangster @ranjithramamd We replaced with malleable implant. Procedure uneventful and patient went home happy. The implant was inflating and deflating well outside the body. So we presume inappropriate sizing and technique the probable causes. I appreciate and thank you for the opinion.
Pt with 3 piece inflatable prosthesis Sx 3 years back, unable to inflate PP &pain since then.Reason for failed inflation from 6 weeks itself, possible causes for pain &difficulties in removal of the prosthesis?@ArunkumarDr@mallikuro7@Pippa_Sangster @ranjithramamd @PatrickUrology
@PatrickUrology@ArunkumarDr@mallikuro7@Pippa_Sangster @ranjithramamd We removed the implant. No e/o pus or inflammatory fluids. We felt PP was oversized. Kink of PP noted on both sides near proximal end. Reservoir was placed through same incision, reservoir was behind pubis, acute kink of reservoir tube. Tube got discharged, rest removed intoto.
@Pippa_Sangster@ArunkumarDr@mallikuro7 @ranjithramamd @PatrickUrology Pain was only in the penile shaft. We do penile scan-nothing to suggest infection. Reservoir was placed in Retzius space, no separate incision.
@PatrickUrology@ArunkumarDr@mallikuro7@Pippa_Sangster @ranjithramamd The patient informed that he had pain since 6 weeks post surgery and continued for about 3 years. He claimed that the pain aggravates when he tries to inflate. So no sexual activity for 3yr. However no h/o any antibiotic use or imaging. Anti-inflammatory drugs used.
