The implant was inflating and deflating well outside the body. So we presume inappropriate sizing and technique the probable causes. I appreciate and thank you for the opinion.

@PatrickUrology @ArunkumarDr @mallikuro7 @Pippa_Sangster @ranjithramamd We removed the implant. No e/o pus or inflammatory fluids. We felt PP was oversized. Kink of PP noted on both sides near proximal end. Reservoir was placed through same incision, reservoir was behind pubis, acute kink of reservoir tube. Tube got discharged, rest removed intoto.

He claimed that the pain aggravates when he tries to inflate. So no sexual activity for 3yr. However no h/o any antibiotic use or imaging. Anti-inflammatory drugs used.
