@Shopify@ShopifySupport Our shopify payments have been on hold for 22 days. We have received zero support from your team. This is completely unacceptable. We see hundreds of people online with the same issue - payments frozen for over 120 days with no explanation or help.
@_dieplisa@Shopify@ShopifySupport We are on basic. We updated our bank account details which was approved and then they froze the payments the next day - we got no email or explanation. When we reach out they say the are verifying the bank details but offer no help or timeline for when the funds will be released.
