World worst after sale service. Hp doesn't care about customers. Just to let you know my problem is not yet resolved. No one connected me to solve the issue.
Be aware of this fact about Hp printers and never buy these. Go for other printers but not HP.

Dont buy large products like ac from Flipkart. Ekart Logistics are very unprofessional. Hub is also not picking up any call from flipkart too. My Money is blocked with Flipkart.

Ekart Logistics hub not delivering order for more than 10 days. This was 1 day express delivery promised. I asked support to cancel the order and they replied large item order can't be cancelled like that. Worst support and experience with Flipkart.

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart I ordered Ac and the promised delivery date was 1 day express delivery. It was delayed for more than a week now and even after complaining multiple times with customer care my issue was not sloved. Very much unsatisfied with the delivery.

Also they are writing fake promises in x handle that they will solve the issue and escalate. @HPSupport shame.

Will never buy any HP products. Worst experience from HP support and its vendor. Multiple times followed up with HP supports and always they said they are doing escalation so I will get resolution but no one did anything. One of my biggest mistakes is buying Hp products.

@HPSupport I am hearing the same for long time from your end. It's been more than 1 month after the case I registered and still no one cares any customers complaints.

@HPSupport Worst after sale service by hp and it's authorised service centers. They could not solve a simple printer issue and charged money for technician visit but no problem solved. Even after tweet here they asked me to DM. Through DM nothing solved also.

I booked a case number: 5125904473 for the printer.
case was assigned to local authorised hp service provider SYSNET GLOBAL. They attended the case but could not resolve my problem and no further proper follow-up was done after that. I paid but problem is not solved.

Reported twice through the report a problem settings, nothing happened there either, no confirmation, no ticket allotment, nothing even showing in my reported tab. Pathetic experience!

Purchased Atomberg fan 3 Months back. Within 3 months Fan started having strange issues. Already complained customer care about the issue 2 times but still they did not send any technician to investigate or follow up. Worst after sell service by @atomberg_tech / @AtombergT
