Being an animator for Japan and working for an american storyboarder is such a nightmare, would not recommend at all.
The magic about anime is that they let us work with the acting and our intuition as artists. Something frowned upon in american productions nowadays.
Flow was made entirely with Blender and rendered in real time with EEVEE. We didn't use a renderfarm. The final render was done on my PC. There was no compositing, all the colors were tweaked and adjusted using shaders.

This is a great glimpse into the future of game animation. Embracing fundamentals & applying the principles of animation to create something meaningful.
Its time for game anim to move past realism. We are no longer held back by tech or hardware. The craft should lead us forward.
