ನಾವು ತಿಳಿದಂತೆ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳದ್ದು 10 to 4 ಕೆಲಸವಲ್ಲ. ನಮ್ಮ ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯ SBI ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಒಂದರಲ್ಲಿ, ಸಂಜೆ 7 ರ ನಂತರವೂ ಅನೇಕರು, Indoor work ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಕೊರತೆ, ಅಗಣಿತ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂಡಿ ಹಿಪ್ಪೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿವೆ.

ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಅದು ನೇರ ನಗದಿನೊಂದಿಗಿನ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಏರುಪೇರಾದರೂ, ಭಾರ ಮೈಮೇಲೆಯೇ. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಕುಂದುಕೊರತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಬಗೆಹರಿಸುವತ್ತ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಗಮನ ಹರಿಸುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತ.
