AIBEA's Demand for filling up the vacant posts in banks is a social cause as lacs of educated unemployed youths are waiting for jobs. So govt should order for recruitment without any reminder. Any inaction of govt will only make the agitation for recruitment people driven.

Banking business increased manifold from 2013 to 2023. Per employee business in PSBs increased like anything. Staff decreased in banks.Unemployment spikes in the country.Hence we demand immediate recruitment in Banks.
