@Airtel_Presence as soon as post here , Airtel replies give us details in DM we will look into this last 1 week daily asking in the DM what's the status no response
In short Airtel chor hai they do not have customer care

@Airtel_Presence after raising complaint engineer came , checked the New set top box and confirmed that this new set top box also need to replace, and fun start after that
Last 1 week no one came to pick and replace new, no 121 call connected, after sending mails no response

@Airtel_Presence Today got call from customer care asking for pickup of old set top box ( with dish) which engineer took with him one week back. That means Airtel chor hai and they are looting the customer, if u have guts give me escalation matrix

1. My old Settop box was not functioning( with dish) so I raise complaint,engineer came suggested to use new Settop box which dnt need Dish, I paid 500 he installed new that also not working last 1 week no replacement

Poor customer service from Airtel , I am from Pune and last 4 days my DTH is not working, engineer came and found set box not working and need to replace
But no one came to replace
This is treatement customer is getting
