@drmasansol There is hardly any response from DRM/Asansol regarding repeated train delays. A train has been standing at the same station for nearly 30 minutes, yet passengers have no information.

Train No. 63524 is standing at Raniganj Station for the last 10 minutes, with passengers given no information about the reason for the halt. This is extremely frustrating and reflects poor communication and management by Asansol Division. @drmasansol @EasternRailway @RailMinIndia

Train No. 63524 Asansol–BWN was scheduled to depart at 4:14 PM, but even at 4:25 PM, the train has not been placed/departed. Passengers are waiting without any information. Kindly look into this delay and update passengers immediately.
