Gen Z itu sebenernya cepet belajar, tapi maaf ya gusy, cenderung males kalo nggak ‘menarik’ untuk mereka.

Masalahnya, nggak ada jenis pekerjaan yg 100% menarik all the time dan bebas ngerjainnya.

Akibatnya?
✅ Harus dikasih instruksi detil (capek nggak sihhh)
✅ Diingetin terus untuk NANYA kalo nggak jelas karena aduh mereka cenderung nunggu di akhir baru bilang susah/gak bisa
✅ Learning curve (waktu belajar) bisa panjang, padahal kerjaan gak bisa nunggu

Kalo ditanya aku gimana, paling sering aku micromanage dengan trade off:
✅ capeknya 3 kali lipat (fisik & emosional)
✅ jadi bemper karena harus adjust work timeline atau ngerjain beberapa hal sendiri

I have to disagree with you on this one @BrotherRasheed. I was raised and am a Muslim, like my parents and their parents before them, and we were never raised to hate jews, or anyone for that matter. In Morocco we were raised around and with jews and Christians. My best friend was Jewish, our neighbours downstairs, the shoe store owner, our street baker, and most jewelers. My dad's pediatrician was Jewish and the list is longer. I went with my friends familybto the synagoge several times and spent afternoons with father Josè in church talking about ethics while in high school. The anti-israel sentiment in some factions of Moroccans did not start until the late eighties and nineties, when we started having satellite TV and watching Middle-Eastern TV and news. So no, there is no hatred of Jews due to Islam, but it is purely political. The religion is only used as an excuse to mobilize masses against or for a specific political cause or interests.
