Giving a time-gap of 11 days between externals and internals of 2 semesters is not only preposterous but arbitrary,unjust and unreasonable when students of other courses have been unconditionally promoted.

#IPU is contradicting it's own words. Once they have promoted the students of intermediate sems, now how can they come up again with a notification for conducting exams for previous semesters. This is wholly against the #BCI guidelines.
