@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India @jagograhakjago till now the issue has not been resolved. Even customer care is just escalating saying next 6hrs every time without any action.

The internet has been down in my area since Saturday.
Every 3 hours there is a message of connection to be restored in the next 3 hours.
The internet service is still not up.
I am not able to raise complaint by chat or through ivr.

This is pathetic service. When you will generate the monthly bill for fibre will you consider of adding Grace period for all the days you did not provide service ?
Secondly if the service is not restored how will people work from Monday?
