@FaatiTheStreet i’m disabled so i’m 100% on board with accessible cooking. that being said, i hate how jarred garlic tastes. i find buying pre-peeled garlic and then using a garlic press or a food processor to chop a bunch at once, then freezing or refrigerating preserves the flavor better
