@unsereOEBB The first train Paris to Vienna they took a carriage out entirely leaving loads of people stranded at night and having to find alternative hotels and trains themselves. #Nightjet & no refund yet!

Like many who were in the same situation we are traveling with children. The station staff had not been informed and could not offer us any help.

@unsereOEBB please help - we had tickets for the Nightjet from Paris to Vienna today. You closed the sleeper carriage we booked and didn’t offer alternative seats. We have had no help finding alternative trains or a hotel, no refund, no offer of compensation.

We booked months ago and it was part of an inter railing journey so we will lose a day of travel from the inter rail pass. When we called customer service this morning we were assured alternative seats but when we arrived the conductor had nothing.

@Jen4Scot @BenJamalpsc Yes. I went on the march as part of the large Jewish bloc. It was entirely peaceful and friendly and other people on the march actually cheered the Jewish bloc as it passed.
