A good indicator that an idea is worthwhile is that it seems incredibly obvious once discovered. It’s almost like it’s too simple to really be good. But that thought is not a red flag. It’s actually the exact reason you should pursue it.
Breakthroughs arrive as gut feelings first. When acted on, they become stronger. Visions, whispers, a subtle pull somewhere. Pay attention long enough and the path starts revealing itself.
The wrong people will have you questioning what you can really achieve.
The right people will have you questioning how quickly you can achieve something together.
Find the right people.
In the last month:
- my face has slimmed
- my posture has improved
- my collarbones are more exposed
- I am inclined to read before going to bed
- I wake up with so much energy that I don't need caffeine
- I easily let go of people and opportunities that do not serve me
I am hardened by time, softened by wisdom.
As each day passes, I have less time on this Earth to waste on actions that do not align with my values. And with more experience, the ability to forgive myself and others for past mistakes grows.
Both can exist simultaneously.
Once you learn how to alchemize your shadows into superpowers, you begin to understand how to bend reality to your favor. Challenges become opportunities, mistakes become lessons, rejection become redirection.
It's a game. Most resilient player takes all.
The secret to having infinite energy is actually so simple:
Create a vision for your life & who you want to be.
When you start living in alignment with that, there’s nothing blocking you. No big weight on your shoulders from a job you hate, a relationship that isn’t good enough, or a life that doesn’t excite you.
When you’re living your dreams in real time, you jump out of bed with excitement. You’re in the game & every day is a chance to get 1 step closer.
How can you not be excited??
The opposite is also true - hard to be energetic when you aren’t excited by your own life….
If worrying was effective then you would have achieved your goals a long time ago.
One year of releasing anger and fear did multitudes more for my personal development than five years of reading self help content.
I tried to outrun my problems with David Goggins.
I tried to outsmart my problems with Andrew Huberman.
I tried to outwit my problems with Jordan Peterson.
Turns out, I really just needed to climb out of my brain and put my inner child on the podium.
