Well I did receive a reply eventually @British_Airways however whoever replied didnโt read my original comment or appreciate the seriousness of the situation. Utter incompetence!
@British_Airways I am frankly disgusted!! Having called you on Saturday to request assistance to fast track my husband and son out of the airport due to my mother in law being gravely ill, I was told you couldnโt help me because I wasnโt authorised on the booking. Shame on you
@British_Airways currently in Cyprus and you have cancelled our flights home on Wednesday evening from Paphos and are still selling seats on this flight at higher prices, how and why do you think this is ok? Totally awful and donโt answer the phone!!
@marksandspencer Unfortunately itโs a padlock tag so not possible to get it off apart from taking it back to the shop. I do not accept your apologies I presented several solutions to your team who would not help. My dad has died, you failed and wonโt help! Astonishing
@marksandspencer purchased a black bag on Friday for my fatherโs funeral this Thursday. I have no time to return it as your staff did not remove the security padlock, nor did it set off the alarm in store when I left. Total incompetence! Customer service donโt care. Appalling!!
