@TTChelps a 25 min wait for the 63 southbound during morning rush hour is wild. there’s a crowd of 20 at the bus stop who are all running late and 2 buses have driven by us without stopping because they’re so full.

@TTChelps 63 south service really needs to be more frequent to account for the increase of riders with school back. 2 buses passed the stop at Ossington / Salvador Allende ct too full to pick up passengers. 20+ of us waiting to get on a bus.

@TTChelps 510B NB buses are a mess… 2 replacement buses in a row passed by the Richmond stop without picking up passengers. walked up to queen and the next bus didn’t pull into the lane next to the sidewalk & wouldn’t open doors. hopefully the 4th bus picks up passengers?
