@united all you have to do is put the bag on the plane. I was told yesterday that it would be on the first flight today. Didn’t happen obviously. Karin had assured me she will follow up. I won’t hold my breath. #unitedairlinessucks #unitedbteaksguiatrs #unitedlosesluggage
