@HalifaxBank PLEASE can you sort the alarm at your Worcester branch. This is the 2nd time in 2 wks that it's been going off all day and all night on a Sunday! How is it not connected to the Police or alarm company I'll never know! It is incredibly loud and I live next to it! 😫

@HalifaxBank Hiya Scott, Yes it's that branch. It's extremely loud when you walk past the back entrance on Trinity Street (which is the street I live on) but the main entrance is St Swithins Street.

@NetworkRailBHM you need better escalator engineers at B/ham New Street! OMG it's so difficult to get to platforms quickly carrying heavy luggage up & down stairs & broken escalators! Lifts are way too small for the amount of passengers. This happens every time I come here!
