@WickedSmaht My most effective method to make a recurring email stick without a meeting was to schedule said meeting on Friday afternoons. People started asking if they acted on the email if they could skip the meeting, without me prompting them.

@SamTheBuddha I have a shallow plastic bin with lid. It keeps everything contained but it's low enough to with comfortably in wherever I feel like sitting. I can close it to keep kids and cats out, too.
