@TGJ4847474 @Hoover_UK @DailyMailUK I have the EXACT same washer and this happened to me last week. Luckily I was home! This is the second washer and the second repair on this one. I have a young baby with LOTS of washing and it’s been 2 weeks still no fix. Disgusting customer service! Clearly not fit for purpose.
