@Pandora_UK But they didn’t offer to professionally clean it. She gave it a little rub for about 2 seconds with a polishing cloth the tarnish didn’t budge she said there was nothing she could do and handed it back. That’s not professional cleaning.

@Pandora_UK i have a ring that has gone black tried to clean it,took it to our local shop only to be told there was nothing they could do, not covered by warrenty and that was it. I have worn pandora for many years but am now so disappointed with your standards and our treatment.
