All new developments have to have an element of this and I am guessing local planning will insist on this based on the ATMOS public consultation - I would not support anything that didn’t have this as we have a huge housing crisis

@smoeskjaer @GeorgeMonbiot The ATMOS offer was mostly in overages which SABUTO must have not been confident in based on the business plan. The ATMOS project was a 25 year project - I expect they didn’t want to wait that long for overages that were not guaranteed.
