@boardmasters your park and ride is an absolute shambles. My son and his girlfriend (and hundreds more) have been waiting nearly 3 hours for a bus. Every year the parking and transport is a joke and yet the festival is not new. How can you constantly get the logistics so wrong?

And still @easyJet despite replying to your DMs with the info required I still am no further on in the process than I was. I’m not going away though. I want a voucher for the value of the flight that you wrongly cancelled. Why would I be happy to just cancel and lose my money!!!

Fuming 😡 @easyJet are useless. Their online system won’t let you make changes to individual passengers on a booking. This meant I had to call customer services to do it. Disaster. Unclear comms their end resulted in them cancelling the flight losing me £300 in the process. 😡

@easyJet @easyJet_press I am expecting a response and a solution. I had to end the call as clearly I was getting nowhere. But trust me, I am not losing that amount of money without a fight. My request was not complicated and could easily have been resolved. Disgusted.

@easyJet I have a booking in august for 4 people but one can no longer fly. I want to change this one return flight to a different one - how do I do this without changing the whole booking for everyone?
