@virginmedia the 6th person finally cancelled my contract. So that’s 2 hours on mobile at my expense. I shall look forward to getting reimbursed for that plus gestures of goodwill - esp as contract went from £67 pm to £167 pm without warning !! Shocking 🤬
@virginmedia utter sh*t show. 4th person now putting me through to yet another dept. Fuming is an understatement. I look forward to raising a huge complaint at the end of this. 🤬
@virginmedia absolutely shocking customer service this afternoon. Now on hold to 4th dept - been on phone for approaching an hour - mobile bill will be extortionate but not as high as your broadband & tv package. And now been cut off 🤬🤬🤬
