@AnnaSmurthwaite I’m so sorry for your loss. My 34 year old husband died of melanoma nearly 10 years ago. Please join the widowed and young (WAY) charity. Finding people who are in the same boat is such a great help, and was my life line, especially in the early days x
@romankemp@winstonswish they were a literal life saver for my then 19 month old son and me when my husband died aged 34. Their helpline and resources helped beyond measure.
@ConnectionsHope Day by day, and if that’s too much hour by hour. Don’t ask too much of yourself, sometimes getting out of bed is an achievement. Ask for help - it’s not a failure.
@sarahshaylor Hi Sarah, thanks for getting in touch. I’m sorry to hear this; please be assured the details of your experience has been fed back to the relevant teams for them to investigate internally. -Rammy
So disappointed with @BootsUK in #Pershore I had to queue with my 8yo for 2 1/2 hours to pick up my mums prescription. The queue was all the way down the high street, yet completely shut for 1 hour for lunch at 12. They only opened at 10 am. No organisation or awareness.
@theJeremyVine my 34 year old husband died 6yrs ago when our son was 19months old. I talk to my husband about our sons progress all the time, because there is no one else who cares as much as a parent. My son thinks I’m mad!!
Just had a lovely day @BhamBotanicalGd but was furious when the cafe REFUSED to refill my reusable water bottles. Was told we had to buy water. When I said that I was teaching my kids about being #PlasticFreeJuly I was met with attitude. #WarOnPlastic@HughsWaronWaste
