So disappointed with @BootsUK in #Pershore I had to queue with my 8yo for 2 1/2 hours to pick up my mums prescription. The queue was all the way down the high street, yet completely shut for 1 hour for lunch at 12. They only opened at 10 am. No organisation or awareness.

Just had a lovely day @BhamBotanicalGd but was furious when the cafe REFUSED to refill my reusable water bottles. Was told we had to buy water. When I said that I was teaching my kids about being #PlasticFreeJuly I was met with attitude. #WarOnPlastic @HughsWaronWaste
