@British_Airways hi, tried changing a flight since last week, tried online, via live chat and phone. Online won’t get past picking a new flight, phone operators are too busy to take a call and hangs up. Can you let me know how else I can change a flight o. thurs? Thanks
Sarah Boyd, Chief Executive for @on_lothianbuses announces fare rises due to rising costs and they have absorbed where they can.i have one avenue to explore..those under 22 who take up all the seats on the buses that travel for FREE could pay 🤔🤷🏻♀️ just idea if they work too..
@British_Airways Hi Claire, spent last hour speaking to your team and as it was cancelled online last night as thought was the right thing to do can’t reopen the booking to choose it to go through to customer relations 🤷🏻♀️ not sure what I do next
@British_Airways was left stranded at London due to storm,didn’t claim a hotel,booked at own expense return flight. However in the panic of trying to get home booked in error. Cancelled it straightaway and booked again. BA won’t refund error flight as within 24hrs 😔disappointed
@LNER Thanks,was looking at LNER services only,not sure as to why travelling out of Scotland should be difficult?was told over phone the excl dates,there arent a single day that discounts available. Tickets are bookable up to March 3rd. split ticket will only give partial discount no?
@LNER got a “birthday treat” of 20% off rail if book by 6th jan for travel up to 31st mar. Not a single ticket is discounted online or app, was told tickets may have already gone, exclusion dates apply and certain dates out of Scotland will be excluded. Happy birthday me 🤣

Buses arriving early to stops is just as frustrating as them being late 😔@on_lothianbuses it seems buses are trying to make up time maybe for a driver break further down the road. The unpredictability and if you don’t have the app maybe a problem for some…
Been on the no 1 @on_lothianbuses and witnessed an off duty bus driver (I think called Peter) having a lovely conversation with a passenger. The empathy, kindness and compassion he showed was so lovely to see. They have a shared passion for movies, so nice and a credit to you🙂
So @British_Airways have a IT glitch where you don’t get email confirmations as proof of booking. they are working on it… it’s been a month since I got one sooooo how’s that coming along? Instead I’m asked to fill out a form for each flight taken 🤦♀️ that’s a few hours gone then
@British_Airways hi, I book a number of flights per week for business travel however I don’t appear to be getting any email confirmations anymore. It’s not in my junk mail and our IT dept can’t find a reason as to why these would be blocked…. Can you help?

Booked the quiet coach on @LNER for my last few trips,the first time I did I was told to be quiet by a guard for taking a 20sec call at back of empty carriage to tell someone I was ok,but it’s ok at 9am today with men drinking beers shouting and playing videos for all to hear 🤷🏻♀️
