“ The Associated Press separately found another @perplexity_ai product feature inventing fake quotes from real people, including a former elected town official from Martha’s Vineyard.”

Taking screenshots of your published work in case of website shutdown was advice I got in j-school in the '00s, wild that practice is still needed today
Here’s a tweet I will not delete. The fact that The Messenger shut down the site within about two hours after cutting their entire organization without severance or healthcare is absurd. Shutting down the site and depriving journalists of their work that they need to show to get a new job is incredibly unprofessional and management and ownership should be ashamed.

“Rosalynn was my equal partner in everything I ever accomplished. She gave me wise guidance and encouragement when I needed it. As long as Rosalynn was in the world, I always knew somebody loved and supported me.”
Update on The Knot:
Shortly after we published our investigation into the wedding company, its CEO sent a blast to wedding vendors and advertisers across the country discrediting our work and dismissing the allegations we wrote about as "out of date."
