Complaint made to @AirFranceUK before Christmas still not picked up. No reply. No refund for costs incurred when they lost my baggage on 8th December. Shocking. No explanation, no recompense as promised. @airfrance any chance of a reply?

Worst hire company in the world!We had an issue with rental supplier @EasirentCarHire as the CC was in a maiden name.The receptionists were rude & did not complete booking.We then phoned @ae_carhire & refused to refund & refused to put us through to supervisor and then hung up!😠
