@reliancejio Recently recharged for a international roaming package using MyJio and unfortunately the network doesn’t catch outside India at all. This was not the case earlier on my travels this year.

Hi @Etisalat_Care, please look into an forever issue with our eLife set-top box. After switching through few channels, it gets stuck on one channel and goes into a loop. We’ve restarted and spoken to support as well, with no resolution.
