@ronakadesai I called Customer care number also I got a call.. UR airtel number will be on your name for 3 months.. but if you continue to recharge then until the expiry sim will be on your name. you can collect during your next visit to India

@ronakadesai I meant send it to your blood relation at India so that they can use the letter to collect on behalf of you ..

@ronakadesai Initiate a conversation with airtel, then they will help you on this matter. With your NOC letter, your blood relation can get the duplicate Sim. You are not required in person ..

@ronakadesai I tried the same as u mentioned..You can send the document and noc so that your blood relation can collect duplicate sim

@ronakadesai @ronakadesai -suggested to change different mobile and network settings to 3G but nothing works.. now they asked me to change the sim for which one of your blood relation to collect the duplicate sim from local branch at India after U provide NOC &I’d proof

With Samsung S10 - no network as well.. can you advise next steps ?? @DoT_India - Again failure

As I am in need of OTP from bank which is registered under this Sim.. I keep on looking for options .. Waiting for @Airtel_Presence to resolve this issue soon ..

My parents can help to get the duplicate SIM card but the real challenge is to courier to USA.. no one is allowed to send SIM card .. I am helpless here
